2014 Fall Festival Registration

We knew you'd want to enter. Let's get the requirements out of the way first:

1) Competitors will need to start with 6 lbs of raw pork or chicken.
2) You can use whatever cut you like, but it will need to fit in small cups for serving.
3) You will need to provide your own sauce if you want it on your BBQ.
4) Please arrive at the Festival by 3:30 PM with your fully-cooked entry so we can check you into a booth.
